How Mindberg Works

A test, a profile written from your own answers, and daily practice built on it. Here is the whole path.

  1. 01

    The test

You start with the shadow test. There are two ways in: a 3-minute version and a full one. It asks how you actually feel and react, not how you think you should. There are no right answers, and it is free to start. Your first instinct is usually the most revealing.

  2. 02

    Your Shadow Profile

From your answers, Mindberg builds your map: the parts of yourself you disowned, the patterns they quietly run, and what those patterns are protecting. It is written from your own responses, not a generic archetype pulled off a shelf. This is the part most people have never actually seen.

  3. 03

    Daily practice

Then the work. Mindberg gives you daily practice built on your profile, not a generic prompt list, so you are working on your pattern rather than someone's idea of shadow work. When the pattern shows up in real life, Shadow Chat is there to work it through in the moment.

What this is, and what it is not

Mindberg is not therapy and does not replace it. It is not affirmations, and it is not a feed of wellness content. Shadow work is uncomfortable by design: it shows you what you have been avoiding, then gives you a structured way to work with it. You do not need more willpower than you have. You need to see the thing clearly first, and that is where this starts. If it feels like too much, that is worth noticing too.
